Will Nelson Jr. is a Berklee College of Music graduate, guitarist, and producer whose career has been rooted in creating live music experiences. After years of performing at private events, weddings, and luxury hotels, he recognized a need for live entertainment that balanced top-tier musicianship with thoughtful presentation. That organic growth became Upper Room Entertainment.

Starting with small residencies at venues like the W Boston and Westin Copley, Will steadily built a network of trusted collaborators and shaped Upper Room into a collective known for its professionalism, versatility, and style. His continued work as a performing artist keeps him closely connected to the stage, ensuring that every Upper Room performance reflects both artistry and attention to detail.

Under his direction, Upper Room Entertainment has become a space where musicians and clients alike can trust that the music will always feel intentional, polished, and memorable.

    OPERATIONS & BOOKING MANAGER

    Ash Fernandes is a Boston-based music manager who combines creative vision with sharp operational skills. A Berklee College of Music graduate with additional training in digital marketing from Harvard Business School, she manages artist scheduling, contracts, and event logistics for Upper Room Entertainment. Ash has overseen residencies, corporate events, and festivals, ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly while supporting artists with branding and media strategy. Known for her precision and collaborative style, she keeps performances polished and memorable.

    EVENT PRODUCER

    Loren Benn is a vocalist, educator, and music business professional who brings a wealth of experience to her role as Event Producer at Upper Room Entertainment. A professor at Berklee College of Music and the founder of Benn & Company, she has built her career at the intersection of artistry and business, with a focus on empowering musicians and creating sustainable careers. Her leadership with the International Artists League Boston and the Boston Jazz Foundation reflects her commitment to financial literacy and equity in the arts. At Upper Room Entertainment, Loren combines her industry expertise with a passion for performance to connect clients with unforgettable live music experiences.
